Returns & Exchanges

At PatPat, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. All products must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PatPat account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive your Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form or order number inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
